Re: It's all about the fans

Just being blunt, but I truly dislike going to big superstore chains to buy computer parts, or electronics. Sales people (of the male species in particular) have a tendency to treat me like I don't know anything, either they ignore me like I'm not supposed to be there, or they follow me around trying to get me to buy things I don't need. I am lucky to find a nice homely computer shop that run by an elderly man -- his wife and daughter takes care of walk-in customers and his son is the hardware engineer. And I don't mind paying a little more for them to shop for special parts and install them for me.
